I'm almost ready to decant my sloe gin and have started thinking about what to try next. I've book marked a few soft fruit recipes to make when they are in season, but at the moment, I quite fancy trying my hand at a pear concoction. Does anyone have any pear gin or vodka recipes, or even just a suggestion on the best type of pear to use in a basic infusion?
What other fruit do you bottle? Exchange recipe ideas here (No sloes or damsons here please)
