Searching through the freezer I came across some Tesco summer fruits which had been in the freezer for over 12 months.
So decided to make a fruit gin out of them
The recipe consists of 200g blackberries, 125g raspberries, 125g blackcurrents, 50g redcurrents. I then added;
125g of sugar and 700ml gin,
Put it together at the weekend.
Any thoughts on how it might turn out?
What other fruit do you bottle? Exchange recipe ideas here (No sloes or damsons here please)
