New to the forum.
It was back in the 90's that I last made Sloe Gin. Decided to do it again for the first time since then this year.
The Sloes are ripe here in Devon and they only needed squeezing to break the skin. I now have a glass demijohn brim full of the brew and I'm looking forward to finding out the outcome around Christmas time.
I'll let you know what it turns out like around then.
