You all seem amazingly knowledgable about all things sloe related, my question is bound to have you all in stitches...
I've just come back from Spain and on the way thorugh Malaga airport I bought a bottle of Zoco, on the recommendation of my Spanish uncle. This is all very good until I try and open the bottle... Unscrew the black cap, then I'm presented with a bizarre clear plastic seal over the top of the bottle which I can't fathom out how to open?? Help!
What other spirits do you use for bottling fruit? Exchange recipe ideas here
