Sloe Vodka

Having made Sloe Gin for a couple of years, last year I branched out with Sloe Vodka. Just filtered and bottled last year's crop and the vodka has gone down a treat with everyone who has tried it. Made it exactly the same as my gin, I never wait for the first frost or freeze my sloes and don't even bother pricking them, sgreat result and will certainly do it again this year. I use my left over sloes for truffles, but would really like to know if they can be used a second time to make more gin/vodka? I appreciate the flavour would be less, but maybe the concentrate of sloes could be increased, seems such a shame to just throw them out, there is only so m any truffles you can make! Thanks Julieju
