Here we going to have tons.
I know that they make medlarliquour but I never tried it Is it drinkable?
Does anybody have recepies?

I agree with sandy Anyway I would try to pick fruits or plants as far as possible from any traffic or agricultural activity. The best you go picking in Scotland, The dales or Poland or Russia. To Lauralush On wodka or other spirit 40° you can try to drink after 6 weeks. But the longer the better Try to leave them a year or so. not longer on berries Later let the filtrate rest another 6 months and decant the clear liquid. I also keep my sloeberries in closed bottles when th alcohol is drunk.
For occasions, Christmas, Easter, etc. I pinch out the stones and roll them in melted chocolat ( Belgian off course)

I cannot make enough of them.
